DoorShield Terms & Conditions

Payment Options:
Savoy Enterprises, Inc accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard payments and your product will usually be shipped 24-48 hours after credit processing. Your credit card’s billing address is required on all orders and must match your ship to address. An order is shipped only to the credit card billing address. If you wish to ship the unit to a 3rd party address or an address that does not match your credit card billing address, you then have the options to:

Call your bank or Credit Card issuing company to add the additional ship to address.
Pre-pay by Cashiers Check, Money Order, Western Union or Personal Check. Note: Personal checks and money orders must clear prior to shipping.

Internet Web Sales:
All Web promotional Internet sales of DoorShield must be ordered directly through the DoorShield.com web store. Shipping and or handling charges may apply to all web sales! California State Sales Tax applies to all California residents.

Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of federal, state and local taxes. Wherever applicable, such taxes will be added to the invoice to be paid by the purchaser.

Freight, Shipping Charges:
Prices are exclusive of shipping charges; all of which will be added to the invoice to be paid by the purchaser. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after credit processing. All shipping is to be paid by customer. Please request to have your package insured for your own safety and peace of mind. All packages are shipped between 10-5 PST Monday through Friday. Closed on all holidays and weekends!

If you should choose not to insure your package:
Savoy Enterprises, Inc. and the shipping company may not accept full responsibility for the safe delivery of your package after it leaves the possession of Savoy Enterprises, Inc.

Customer is ultimately responsible for processing all insured shipping claims with shipping companies should there be any unexpected delays, loss or damaged to package that is beyond the control of Savoy Enterprises, Inc.

Savoy Enterprises, Inc. only guarantees the package will be shipped on an agreed date along with shipping methods and instructions requested by the customer.

We cannot guarantee any shipping company to deliver packages as scheduled due to unexpected delays such as weather conditions or human errors when package is in the shipping company’s care.

In short, Savoy Enterprises, Inc. will not accept responsibility for shipping issues beyond our immediate control.

Freight Damage:
Savoy Enterprises, Inc shall not be responsible for any shipping damage. Delivery of products to a carrier at the shipping point shall constitute delivery to the purchaser, and regardless of the method of freight payment, all risk of loss or damage in transit shall pass to the purchaser at that time. Purchaser must inspect all shipments upon receipt and immediately file a freight claim with the carrier for any apparent damage to product while in transit.

Product Returns:
Savoy Enterprises, Inc offers a ninety (90) day repair or replacement warranty for all of its products for defects in manufacture or workmanship. To the extent allowed by applicable law, no other warranties are made, either expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

No returns of product will be accepted without a written Return Material Authorization (RMA). Requests for an RMA must be made within fifteen (15) days from the date of original shipment. RMAs are issued only for defective product and are subject to product exchange only. Exchange will only be allowed after return and inspection of the product by Savoy Enterprises, Inc. No refunds or cash credit on returned products.

Customer must contact Savoy Enterprises, Inc. via email at: info@doorshield.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before any returned product could be accepted. Products returned to Savoy Enterprises, Inc without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.

Limitation of Liability:
Savoy Enterprises, Inc’s sole obligation to buyers, with respect to any goods which are proven to be defective, shall only be the repair or replacement of such goods, at the option of Savoy Enterprises, Inc. Savoy Enterprises, Inc shall not be liable for any damage in excess of the amounts paid to Savoy Enterprises, Inc for the purchase price of the products giving rise to the damage. In no event will Savoy Enterprises, Inc be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential damages or loss of profits arising out of, or in connection with, the purchase order, whether or not Savoy Enterprises, Inc was advised of the possibility of such damage.

Product Limitation of Liability:
DoorShield is not designed to protect vehicle from high velocity impacts and is designed for minor parking lot, parking garage impact protection. Although DoorShield is designed to protect vehicle from minor dings and dents, there are no guarantees that DoorShield will protect a vehicle from every type of impact and therefore there are no guarantees that using DoorShield will protect vehicles 100%.

Installation
DoorShield is designed to fit most vehicle doors and can also be used on other areas of the vehicle including fenders, trunk etc, everywhere that vehicle could be under attack from dings. Although DoorShield is manufactured from soft to the touch foam and the magnetic strip is manufactured with a soft plastic coating, it is recommended that you gently wipe the magnetic strip with a soft cloth prior to every application.

CAUTION: DoorShield is NOT designed to be used on a moving vehicle. Although the magnetic strip and the elasticized straps will probably adhere the product to your vehicle in motion at low speeds, it is only designed to be used on a stationary vehicle and owner understands and accepts these product limitations.

Care of your DoorShield
DoorShield is manufactured from soft to the touch foam and the magnetic strip is manufactured with a soft plastic coating. It is recommended that you care for your DoorShield by wiping with a cloth and you can apply any protection product designed for foam, plastic or rubber.
